They now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing lawyer , within their Dereham office and applications are invited from suitably experienced senior lawyers. The current team within the office comprises of a legal executive, a conveyancing executive and a paralegal along with 3.5 support staff. There is a full caseload and our client is looking for a candidate who has a current knowledge of sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold land and all related issues, together with matters relating to mortgages and transfers of equity.
