ARE YOU A CEMAP QUALIFIED ADVISOR WORKING WITHIN AN ESTATE AGENTS OFFICE BASIC TO £25-30,000 DOE £45/70,000 OTE BUSY OFFICE WITH LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY My client is one of the market leaders in its field is currently looking for a MORTGAGE ADVISOR who wants to take advantage of the quality of leads being referred by the sales team as well as the ability to offer a wider range of products to their clients. Your key responsibilities will include: To work with and liaise with Estate Agency staff to maximise mortgages and other products Advising vendors and purchaser on mortgage options Pre -Qualification of purchasers to advise on their ability Identify and cross sell non-regulated insurance products Provide feedback to the sales team a daily basis in respect of progress of leads provided Skills Required: Excellent communication skills particularly on the telephone Organised and able to work on own initiative Proactive in approach Motivate estate agency sales team to pass on leads and make appointments with the consultant To ensure that all appointments are conducted in line with policy, and they operate within the various regulatory guidelines Full Cemap qualification or equivalent You will have previous experience ideally within an estate agency environment with mortgage experience. Good organisational experience and able to work as part of a team with a high focus in customer service as our client is one of the market leaders in its field.
