Page Personnel are partnering with a well-established, nationwide organisation based in Wetherby who are actively seeking a Part-Time HR & Payroll Assistant to join their HR function. This is a part-time position over 24 hours per week and will encompass a strong blend of both HR and payroll duties including processing payroll data, employee changes and assisting on recruitment campaigns. Description In a fast-paced and varied Part-Time HR & Payroll Assistant position based in Wetherby, roles and responsibilities are to include: Maintaining the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data. Compute employee take-home pay, based on time, benefits and taxes Reconcile the payroll on a monthly basis People related administration and coordination tasks (e.g. new starter processes, expenses queries) Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity Profile Problem solving abilities and logical thinking Having ability to work to strict deadlines Experience with SAGE 50 Payroll preferred Experience of working within an HR department, including the administration of payroll and benefits Excellent administration and communication skills, with experience of producing letters, documents or presentations from a brief Job Offer £18,000 - £20,000 Free company parking Great company benefits
