Overview
The role: Ensure continuous review of all processes to ensure these comply with those relating to Treating Customers Fairly Have overall responsibility for the monitoring and provision of evidence of the quality of the administration staff work, ensuring any issues are raised with the client and the individual, taking action where appropriate. Manage all projects in accordance with the project management standards ensuring a business case, risk and issues log, project plan and regular updates are produced. Analyse, evaluate and prioritise all project risks and potential consequences and develop and recommend response options for reducing risk to a level of acceptability Ensure the provision of a prompt, cost effective and high-quality service to our client’s introducers of new business. Responsible for ensuring you remain up to date and fully conversant with any relevant legislation/regulatory requirements applicable to your role and business area. This includes having an understanding of all company policies and of relevant Assurance policies Implement, monitor and action all required internal and external control mechanisms to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies Direct the automation of processes; define/develop and help build the necessary arrears strategies across the entire L&P portfolio to drive performance and profitability. Conduct the performance management and appraisal process for all direct reports Identify Team training needs and develop and maintain skills and competency training, working closely with Business Coach/Training Provide personal coaching and support to staff and install confidence in their ability to achieve individual and team targets What’s needed for me to be considered?
