Job Specification For: Site Caretaker/Cleaner Meyer Scott Ref: VR/07885 St Ives Temp (potentially perm) GBP9.30 p/h This company are all about external landscaping, interior design, paving and flooring from planning and engineering to guidance and delivery. Established over 100 years ago they have been supplying superior natural stone and innovative concrete products to the construction, home improvement and landscape markets since the 1890s. Their clients are from the private and public sector. They are currently looking for a Site Caretaker/Cleaner to join their team due to a current employee approaching retirement at the end of March 2020. Duties to include- · Cleaning of office premises · Cleaning and basic maintenance of public areas · Cleaning of Canteens · Light Weeding of pathways and entrances as the site is regularly audited throughout the year · Some very basic and light labouring and assisting in the yard if necessary · Sweeping · Mopping · Dusting and Polishing · Any other reasonable request made by management Ideal Candidate - · Physically Fit · Pleasant demeanour · Slightly flexible with hours worked in order to complete job in hand · Some basic experience in a similar environment would be advantageous although full training will be given · Attention to detail No Heavy lifting will be involved but candidates may be on their feet for long periods of time and need to take that into account when applying for the role. Working hours - 09.00-17.30 Mon-Fri and rotating Saturday and Sunday mornings 05.00-10.00
