Overview
Role: Customer Service Adviser (German-speaking) Salary: £10.75 an hour holiday pay Hours: 8am-5pm (3 days a week) Contract: Temp ongoing Location: Central London Start date: ASAP Our client is a fast-growing health-care start-up within the digital health-care space in Europe. The role: Dealing with a high volume of calls from patients on a daily basis Making sure each patient is dealt with in the most professional manner Booking appointments for patients with clinics all over the German market. You are: You are able to work in a discreet and confidential manner You have great verbal & written skills (both German and English) You are flexible and able to multitask You are confident in making decisions You are interested in helping patients You have good IT skills You have customer service experience, a knowledge of the health-care industry is a plus
