Overview
Commercial Property Lawyer An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is required to join the Trowbridge office of an established law firm, recognised by the Legal 500 as a Leading firm. In recent years the Commercial Property department of this Wiltshire based practice has seen their fee income increase quite considerably, they now require a 2 Yrs Commercial property lawyer to join and assist with this continued growth of the department and the firm. You will benefit from working alongside extremely knowledgeable and experienced colleagues in a fast paced, client focused environment. The scope of the work is incredibly varied and you will be responsible for advising developers, property investors, and corporate occupiers on a range of issues including but not limited to; development matters, landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, general property management. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal executive with a minimum of 2 Yrs PQE. You will be comfortable managing your own caseload and be committed to delivering exceptional levels of client care.
