Overview

Administrator / Customer Service Processes new registrations using incoming post, emails, uploaded documents and faxes in a timely manner to ensure new Members are processed and active to bid within our SLA. Contacts potential new Members using email, post and telephone to complete registration Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests, either by telephone or e-mail, in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Maintains a positive and professional demeanour. Improves the buyer experience by providing excellent customer service. Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience in dealing with demanding customers. Good problem solving skills. Ideally will have but not necessary always: One year of office support experience in a customer service role. GCSE qualified. Computer proficient. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service focus, attitude and skills. Fluent in at least one other language Really great company to work, lovely department. Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30.
