Front of House Receptionist Nouvo Recruitment are representing a prestige and luxury automotive brand, who look to recruit for reliable, professional and confident individuals to work as Front of House Receptionist This is an ad-hoc position as and when they require additional cover due to sickness, holidays and busy periods This means you could get a call on the morning of the day the role will start. Duties will include: Greeting all customers visiting the dealership, taking them to they’re appointed service or sales advisor Answering incoming calls, taking and distributing messages Resolving any customer enquiries with the help of your team members Maintain the showroom visual’s, ensuring the front of house is kept to an impeccable standard Making refreshments Interacting with all the customers to deliver first class customer service About You Previous Reception or Customer Service experience Excellent customer service skills Great telephone manner Professional and confident approach Excellent communication skills Punctual and flexible Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
