Whilst the speculation might be fun in the classroom or the workplace, you don't want to be "um-ing" and "aw-ing" when it comes to your job search Macildowie Outstanding Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Legal Advisor to work (part-time / 3 days a week) within an expanding Compliance team, for a Financial Services firm in Central Nottingham. This is a brand new role, ready and waiting for the right legal professional to make their mark. With a flexible salary bracket ranging from £30-50k (pro rata), the sky is the limit for an individual with a good attitude and an eagerness to succeed. THE ROLE: Preparing and maintaining fund related legal documents. Investigating the root cause analysis of any client complaints. Update and maintain databases and tracking systems. Identifying emerging regulations. Performing GAP analysis on existing practice. Assisting external auditors. Providing legal technical support to all operational teams. Assisting with ad-hoc projects and investigations. Preparing KPIs and MIs for internal committees and the executive board. REQUIREMENTS: LPC required. Relevant industry experience.
