Overview

Registered Hospital Manager Wales £50,000- £60,000 Clayton Nursing is currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Nurse Qualified Registered Hospital Manager for A 15 bedded independent Hospital based in Wales. Our client provides a range of intellectual disabilities and mental health services across three independent hospitals and two nursing homes registered across England and Wales. This particular hospital supports patients admitted from services across the UK for rehabilitation, care and treatment. As the newly appointed Registered Hospital Manager you will join our client's independent hospital based in Wales to lead a team of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff to provide exemplary clinical care to patients whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the hospital in all departments. The overall goal is to deliver the highest quality of care resulting in positive outcomes for patients, their families and all staff and the wider business. The Role: You will be responsible for the day to day management of the hospital and will lead, manager and enhance the service where possible. You will promote effective working within the multi-disciplinary team, regulatory authorities and commissioning agencies. You will ensure that the hospital is commercially viable based upon a thorough and detailed understanding of contemporary learning disability requirements. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations You will develop the commercial presence of the hospital across the wider communities You will have day to day involvement in the strategic direction of the hospital You will ensure that performance monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also ensure nursing teams deliver effective patient care by providing exemplary clinical care. You will seek to improve services and support the efficient use of resources and you will provide highly visible leadership of the hospital's clinical workforce and foster a culture which values continuing professional development that empowers the team to achieve an excellence in the delivery of patient care.
