Overview
Homecare Assistant Rate of Pay: £9.77 per hour (including Holiday pay) Mileage: Included - Reviewed Weekly Location: Manchester and surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for Home Care Assistant to support our clients and provide personal and person centred care in the community. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with day to day living activities, clinical interventions, moving and handling, prompting medication and meal preparation. You will be helping assist clients to live independently in their own homes. If you are wanting a career within healthcare but lack paid experience, we offer a qualification called the Care Certificate to get you started. Free training and support will be provided, you will be paired up with an experienced carer and have regular face to face support sessions until the qualification is complete. Our care certificate is a recognized award and has a high success rate. In order for Routes to offer you the care certification all you would need a full U.K driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
