£19 p/h – NHS Band 6/£43.4K | 44 Hour Contract – Days | Supernumerary & Clinical Duties | Large Nursing Home | Great Benefits A large private nursing home in the Hatfield area currently requires an experienced RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to work as Clinical Services Manager. Details of this RGN/RMN Clinical Services Nurse Manager post and what the service is offering: A permanent contract of 44 hours per week, working flexible day shifts Very competitive rates of pay of £19 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 and an annual salary of £43,472 – salary may be negotiable for the right person A private pension plan Some fantastic retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts A range of opportunities for training and development plus support with NMC revalidation NMC renewal fees paid Free uniforms and DBS fee paid As RGN/RMN Clinical Services Manager, you will create, manage and monitor care plans and medication records, in addition to managing staff and leading and developing the care and nursing teams. You will also participate in the delivery of care, and your time will be split between clinical and supernumerary tasks. Applicants for this RGN/RMN Clinical Services Manager post should meet the following person specification: Level 1 NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN Experienced in an elderly and dementia care setting in a senior or managerial role Demonstrate good understanding of CQC essential standards and best practices in medication management and care planning Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature Ideally have completed a recognised mentorship qualification, and committed to developing the skills and knowledge of those around you To apply for this post or for further details, please follow the link provided.
