Care Assistant - Nights Available Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for a new and exciting position? Or lack experience but are passionate about helping others and would like to make a difference? Do you want flexibility with the opportunity to work as many hours around your schedule? If so, we would love to hear from you We are currently recruiting for Care Assistant to support our clients and provide personal and person-centred care in the community. If you are wanting a career within healthcare but lack paid experience, we offer a qualification called the Care Certificate to get you started. Free training and support will be provided, you will be paired up with an experienced carer and have regular face to face support sessions until the qualification is complete. Our care certificate is a recognised award and has a high success rate. In order for Routes to offer you the care certification all you would need a full U.K driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with day to day living activities, clinical interventions, moving and handling, prompting medication and meal preparation. You will be helping assist clients to live independently in their own homes.
