Payroll & Benefits Advisor, £30k-£35k DOE Your new company A highly established, global consultancy business is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor. Responsible for the day-today processing and management of the outsourced payroll and employee benefit system. Your new role As the successful candidate you'll be managing monthly payroll (500 staff) and ensure accurate processing from external providers, while proactively managing relationships between the business and external providers. Other responsibilities include reviewing and managing changes to employee T&Cs, meanwhile working with managers and international payroll specialists. Further duties include dealing with employee queries in a timely and efficient manner, identifying any areas of improvement and managing the employee benefits system. Likewise, Ensuring all tax reporting requirements are met i.e. P35, P11D, P45 and P60. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will need experience with payroll, ideally outsourced and international payroll is beneficial. Also, strong Excel skills ((VLookups, Pivot Tables etc), accurate with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Likewise, CIPP qualification or similar would be beneficial.
