The leading provider of e-assessment software and services in the UK, is seeking a Script Investigation Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high stakes examination processing in an environment striving for operational excellence through the implementation of continuous improvement to its processes and procedures. The Role Reporting to the Head of Operations - Reconciliation, the Script Investigation Manager will be responsible for all activity associated to script reconciliation, both in the lead up to, and following the publication of candidate results. As well as managing the Script Investigation Coordinator, the successful candidate will support the Reconciliation Manager in operational delivery, incident management issue resolution. Regular liaison with awarding organisations and internal departments will be required. The role is ideal for an individual who is committed to delivering quality customer service by proactively eliminating any exceptions. Preparation of management information reports, along with necessary supporting materials such as training collateral and quality assurance checklists will be required, along with management of information security, risks and assets. Availability for work for extended hours, or taking on other duties and responsibilities, may be reasonably required. The Person Residing within a reasonable commute from Milton Keynes, the Script Investigation Manager must have Level 3 qualifications or equivalent (such as A Levels, ILM Level 3, International Baccalaureate diploma). Experience of training and managing others is also a requirement. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook skills are essential, alongside strong verbal and written communication and numeracy skills.
