Job Role As a Production Operator you will be doing the following: Operating CNC machines and producing parts to supply the company's other manufacturing sites Loading and unloading of machines, stillages and pallets Completing work cards and quality checks Working to targets and standard operating procedures Using hand and power tools As a Production Operator you will receive: Shifts starting hourly rate of £9.04 with pay increase after 12 weeks to £9.39 Nights starting hourly rate of £11.30 increasing to £11.74 after 12 weeks Overtime available at a higher hourly rate Working in a buddy system with training provided Progression opportunities available 33 days a year holiday after completion of probation period Bank Holiday & Christmas shutdowns Job Security - Temp to perm Due to location and shift times having access to your own transport is essential for this role Immediate starts available
