Service Advisor - Motor Trade

We are currently looking an experienced and friendly Service Advisor to join a Large Dealer Group in Gloucester. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and as such, you’ll be an important ambassador for the Group. You will guide them through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you and provide them and Management, with updates and information. Your main focus will be: Meeting & greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone. Achieving pre-defined targets for upselling various Aftersales products & services Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards. Who Are We Looking for? You will need to have: Previous Motor Trade Service Advisor experience and training Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. Strong communication, computer & administration skills Kerridge experience would be a distinct advantage for this position. Full UK Driving Licence with max 6 points What’s In It For You? Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm alternate Saturdays 8am - 1pm Salary up to £22k - £24k basic per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus - OTE £28k - £30k OTE
