The Role At Fisher German our customers and clients are at the heart of what we. We have long standing relationships with many of our clients through the generations (some up to 80 years). This is due to the trust they have in us to deliver what we say we will on time. We’re looking for a Full Time Client Accounts Assistant who is an expert in what they do and enjoys working within a collaborative and dedicated team. This role is advertised as Full Time based on 37.5 hours per week. The core purpose of this role is to increase the productivity and support the wider team within a variety of client accounting work streams. Day to day duties include: Dealing with client payments, receipts and transfers. Raising payments and purchase orders. Dealing with and resolving queries. Supporting the wider team. Bank Reconciliations Sales Ledger Invoices Data entry and reporting. Financial administration And much much more The successful candidate will have Experience within a client accounting or accounting environment. Confidence with numbers. The ability to digest and articulate information. Strong attention to detail. Excellent people skills. Outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills.
