As the Customer Service Support Representative you will be: • Handling all customer enquiries and making sure all orders are processed in a timely manner (maximum 30 minute response time) • Liaising with Customer Account Managers to relay customer feedback and requests • Logging all customer contacts on CRM • Efficiently processing proof of deliveries, order processing, confirming lead times, communicating with operations etc. • Ensuring all information and paperwork is with operations by cut off to meet customer expectations To succeed as the Customer Service Support Representative you will need: • Ability to work in a team and an exceptional people person • Good planning and organisational skills • A can-do, problem solving attitude and ability to work in fast paced, high-pressure environment • Good, clear communication skills both written and verbal • Accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience in a similar role Associated Benefits: • Training and career development opportunities • Employee-focused company that cares for and invests in their employees • Social and motivational events held throughout the year • 20-24k pa depending on experience • Free parking • Hours 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays HOW DO I APPLY?
