Experienced Spare Parts & Returns Coordinator at Leading UK&I Manufacturer to start ASAP Your new company With over a century of knowledge and experience to call upon, my client is the leading UK and Ireland distributor of manufacturing equipment. Due to the growth of this company they are seeking an experienced Spare Parts and Returns Coordinator to join their growing team. Your new role This job requires taking responsibility for customers and all associated tasks including order entry, processing and invoicing, stock control and monitoring. The main job responsibilities include: To deal with all goods inwards in relation to returned parts from customers & technicians Encompass all laid down procedures to ensure efficient completion of all goods inwards notes To deal with and resolve all customer invoice queries & returns and raise credits as necessary Raise non-conformances in accordance with ISO procedures as required To accurately & efficiently deal with all customer requests for spare parts, quotations and any spares related issues To accurately input orders onto the computer system. Prepare and forward purchase orders to suppliers To ensure a professional level of communication is maintained with customers and manufacturers at all times What you'll need to succeed Excellent communication skills Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel Word Some telesales experience Flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers Experience in a previous spare parts role will be an advantage What you'll get in return Salary: £21,000. Pension: Yes - Stakeholder. Bonus: Yes - Dependent on company performance. Holiday entitlement: 24 days. Private health care.
