At our manufacturing site in Settle, North Yorkshire, we’re growing the Engineering team as we look to increase capacity with the introduction of a new Lactofree production facility. As part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for the delivery of planned and predictive maintenance across all production lines & process areas. You will be involved in continuous improvement of cross-functional teams, using a combination of tools & techniques such as TPM, RCM, FMEA, 5'S and Kaizen events etc, and identification and implementation of improvement ideas to achieve world-class standards relating to OEE, quality and H&S measurements across the facility. What do I need? We’re looking for people with experience as a multi- skilled engineer (shift engineer/ maintenance engineer/ engineering technician) You should be experienced in mechanical and electrical engineering and be HND or apprentice trained. Ideally you will also have experience with advanced pneumatics, fast- moving machinery, pumps, hydraulics, valves, pressure vessels and water purification. This is a shift based role covering days, nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
