Overview
Head of Compliance - Bolton My client is a claims management company specialising in the specialised field of claims for investment mis-selling against High St banks. They are the market leaders in this field with a strong and profitable track record. We are urgently looking to recruit for a Head of Compliance to oversee the business as it migrates over to regulation under the FCA. You must have at least 2 years experience in FCA compliance and a good understanding of the FCA Handbook and in particular CMCOB. Your role will be to ensure the company carries on its business in full compliance of the FCA rules. You will liaise with our external compliance support and report directly the Director of Operations.
