Overview

2nd Line Engineer - East London - £31K Up to £31K depending on experience A well-established educational establishment require an IT Technician to join their team ASAP to be based on one of their sites in East London. They need a person who has experience in working within an educational institution previously, who wants to get stuck into a challenging yet highly rewarding role. The position will entail internal support of the school's user base and IT infrastructure. You will be escalation point for first Line Engineers for all IT issues and ensuring they are escalated properly. Alongside this you will be involved in project work, infrastructure tasks, liaising with hierarchy and training apprentices. This role will take you to Senior IT Technician and Senior Infrastructure Engineer positions as there are many paths for progression within the organisation; the role will be ideal for someone who wants to test their skills as an IT technician.
