Overview

Registered Manager Salary: £50,000 Location: Cramlington, Northumberland I have a vacancy for a Registered Manager for a fast expanding and very successful care company based in the Cramlington area of Northumberland. This particular vacancy is to manage a 70 bed home, offering state of the art facilities. This state of the art home will provide nursing and residential care for Young Physically Disabled people, Bariatric, Dementia and general nursing care. The home will offer specialist beds and bathing facilities, laundry service, landscapes gardens and seating areas as well as in house physiotherapy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Care Home experience, RGN qualification and good experience of opening/setting up homes would be preferable. This company prides themselves on offering, only the highest levels of customer service and care, so it is important the chosen candidate works using a welcoming and friendly approach, whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is being offered and maintained. You will be responsible for the overall running of the facility, whilst being required to interact with residents in a nursing care setting, maintain 24 hour responsibility of care facility, audit care plan documentation and to act as a role model for all grades of staff, whilst complying with company policies and procedures.
