We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Customer Services Coordinator, to join our FTSE 100 client in their dynamic offices based in Enfield. This is an exciting chance to demonstrate your strong customer service skills, as well as your drive, determination and customer focus. Our client is looking for a highly organised, confident and polite individual who can manage their own time to ensure targets are met and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team, and be self-reliant. You must have an understanding of X3 although training will be provided. You will be working directly with the Customer Services Team Leader in a team of 5, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Company benefits include 28 days holiday inc bank holidays. Free parking. As the Customer Services Coordinator, you will assist in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets, which includes: Being the everyday voice of the business Support customers and build relationships and trust Deal with customer issues promptly, efficiently and courteously Manage out of stock items by liaising with purchasing Maintain good working relationships with all internal and external teams Maintain orders and key them on to the system Drive digital development of the business If you feel that this is the permanent job for you, please apply on line today.
