Overview
Are you looking for a number 2 post within a growing business based in Watford? Working very closely with the finance director, this permanent role will involve both commercial and operational aspects. Your new role will include: - Managing a finance team - Strengthening the financial systems and controls and leading implementations of improvements - Building models to predict financial performance - Supporting business KPI’s - Providing budget analysis - Ensuring risk is identified - Delivering monthly management accounts What you will need to succeed: - Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) - Strong commercial acumen - Strong technical experience In return the company offers a strong benefits package which includes generous holiday, pension and free parking.
