Overview
Use your technical consulting skills in data migration and solutions interfacing roles for this market leading vendor of cloud based HR, Payroll and WFM software solutions. You must have experience in data migration/ interface creation in a consultancy environment working with external clients, and in cloud based SaaS solutions. Any HCM/HR/Payroll expertise is an advantage but not essential. Join a fast growing team providing cloud based solutions to large and medium enterprises. Home based in any UK location with travel to client sites and team meetings. £40k to £60k depending on experience plus 10% on target bonus. Excellent progression opportunities in this growing team. The Technical Consultant is responsible for participating in the implementation of new HCM (HR/Payroll and Workforce Management) solutions by creating exports of data to the client's related systems, such as finance, ERP, and own vendor payroll or HR. Document client requirements for data exports , configure the new HCM solution to meet customer export needs, map business processes and data. For this role you must have consulting experience with external clients, expertise in business process mapping , creating exports , configuring software , strong Excel skills . Any experience of IBM Sterling , change management and HR or Payroll or WFM is a strong plus. You will work from home, attending client sites for meetings, with up to 30% onsite time on average.
