Overview
Commercial Property Paralegal This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join the Commercial Real Estate department of a Top 100 law firm within their Cardiff office. You will benefit from working closely with very experienced Commercial Property Lawyers on a variety of property related matters including; secured lending, property acquisitions and disposals including property due diligence and real estate finance, property/portfolio management work, and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions disposal and funding. The successful candidate will be a Law / GDL graduate who has long term aspirations of working within Real Estate. You will possess strong academics and ideally have completed the LPC.
