Care Assistant – Days – £9.36/hr – Oxford OX4 The Home is Rated GOOD by the CQC Based in the Greater Leys OX4 area of Oxford, this is a stunning home, one of the best “flag ship homes” for a National Care provider working with state-of-the-art facilities designed to support individuals with residential and dementia care needs. You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first, this home is rated at Good by the CQC (2017), whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We have the following contracts available – Care assistant - DAYS 39 hrs - £9.36/hr Full Time hours on days you will be working on a two week rota, 39 hours a week, which involves every other weekend being worked. Day Shifts are 8am-8pm. 33hrs is 3 x 12 hour shifts. Shifts are 8am-8pm.
