Senior R&D Technician
Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking for a Senior R&D Technician. The business manufacture components for major precision engineering companies operating in industries, such as aerospace and automotive. The Senior R&D Technician will be responsible for: - Leading the technician team providing appropriate challenge and leading by example - Product development work providing documented results with suggested improvements - Programming and operating CNC machines to facilitate tests - Developing tests and measurement techniques including advancements in robotics and automation The Senior R&D Technician will need: - A technical background within product development, design or manufacturing - Knowledge and experience of machining and CNC production - Experience of working within a manufacturing or laboratory environment - People skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group, specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects, Design, Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
