Territory Manager - Orthopaedics

The Company: Well know market leading orthopaedic company. Great support and training. Experienced line manager that supports & coaches team. The Role: Selling a portfolio of orthopaedic power tools, a range of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine products and huge range of both upper limb and lower limb products (Knee, Hip, Elbow, Hand & Wrist and Foot & Ankle). Spending lots of time in theatre - Selling to Orthopaedic Nurses, Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Consultants, - Sitting on the shoulder of the surgeon and guiding them. Multi-tiered sales approach needed as will also have to deal with Procurement. Need to have a flexible approach and make yourself available as cases that are worked on could come up quickly and you will be asked to support surgeons/consultants in theatre. Covering Coventry, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull. £45k-£50k £12k-£16k OTE for hitting target (Paid Quarterly) - Opportunity to earn an additional £12k at the end of year over achieving and other incentives, Company Car or Car Allowance, Mobile/Laptop, Pension other benefits (Options for healthcare/dental etcat an extra cost) & 25 days Annual leave Bank Holidays. The Ideal Person: Must have experience in Orthopaedic Theatre Sales. (Ideally sports med not a must).
