Overview
Area Manager – Learning Disabilities York, North Yorkshire Salary 32k – 35k plus attractive benefits package We are recruiting for an experienced care manager to work with a team of service managers and their teams across the York region, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, in a variety of different care settings. You will be working as part of a reputable organisation in Yorkshire, rated “Good” by CQC Registered Manager experience is essential and you will need to have experience of building good relationships with the local authority, NHS and other external agencies. Successful candidates must also be able to evidence current or previous experience of working in a service or in the community supporting adults with learning disabilities and the responsibilities associated with the role. You must be confident in your knowledge, skills and ability to work autonomously and committed to delivering safe & effective care and leadership to your teams. The role is based in the York region with frequent travel between services. Candidates must hold NVQ Level 5 qualification.
