Overview

As an Associate Dentist joining our Clients busy, multi surgery practice you will already work to a high standard, and have a sound working knowledge of the current NHS UDA banding system. You ensure that your patient notes are of such quality and clarity to satisfy CQC requirements, and your standards of clinical excellence are high. You thrive in an environment that is flexible and adaptable since each day is different depending on patient needs, and you quickly become an integral part of the team that ensures an excellent patient experience and efficient practice management. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships with clients and supporting family members, and your patients have complete confidence in you for their dental needs and appointments. You will be joining an established team of staff who are experienced with handling the large list of loyal, existing, NHS & private patients. All staff are qualified and experienced, and staff retention is very high. This practice is fully computerised using the Pearl Dental Software System, and has modern equipment. There is ample on-street car parking in the local area. Career advancement opportunities exist for the right candidate, including the chance to buy the Practice.
