Band 6 Community Nurse

Are you a Band 6 Community Based Nurse? Looking to work Out of Hours? We have a brand new vacancy opening near Farnborough This position is based within a new community team that will provide a service to the local residents in Farnborough, Frimley and Camberley. You will be visiting a variety of patients in their homes to ensure that there care plan is followed and that they are maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Community experience is necessary, as is 1st level registration and have experience of staff management with the ability to work on your own initiative, with access to your own car. There are both full and part time opportunities available, with working hours being 8pm-8am, this would be a good opportunity to consolidate your hours and free up the rest of your week. You will be supported within the role, having the OOH GP and ANP to help with any queries as well as being supported by HCAs throughout the shift. This position is offering a Band 6 salary base rate of £30,000 (FTE), 5 weeks of annual leave bank holidays off, NHS pension, shopping and big name brand discounts/vouchers as well as plenty of training opportunities and CPD.
