£40,000 p/a | Full-Time Days | Small Elderly Nursing Home – Good CQC | Progression to Home Manager | RGN/RMN Considered A leading Buckinghamshire nursing home currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN with managerial or supervisory experience to work as Deputy Manager, with the eventual goal of taking over as Registered Manager. The 30 bedded, fully CQC compliant home offers round the clock nursing care to older adults with medical nursing needs and age related physical frailties. Details of this RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering: A full-time, permanent contract working mainly day shifts, however some flexibility for evenings and weekends will be required for quality monitoring purposes A very competitive annual salary of £40,000 Ongoing learning and development opportunities to support you in progressing to taking over as Home Manager in the near future As RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in all aspects of the running of the home and duties will include coordinating, managing and monitoring care, delivering clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing teams and running the home in the absence of the Manager. What we are looking for in a Nurse Deputy Manager: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN will both be considered Demonstrate proven experience in a supervisory role in a clinical setting Post-registration experience of working in an elderly care or long-term adult care setting Good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and best practices of care Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, proactive approach to leadership If you are interested and would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
