Java Developer All Levels Java Developers required by leading Biotechnology firm based in Nottingham, A leading Biotechnology firm, based in Nottingham, currently require a number of Java Developers to work on software and infrastructure design and building new applications and products. Upon joining, The Java Developer will join a team of 25 developers reporting in to a very talented Software Engineering Manager. The Java Developer will work with the wider team enhancing product offerings and working on new applications to add to the product suite. Career development is very important at this company, so if you join and hit the ground running, hitting deliverables you can expect to rise up the ranks dependent on what level you join at, you could see yourself promoted to Senior, Lead, Principal, Manager the sky really is the limit. In terms of skills, the Java Developer should have good Java experience as well as some form of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Web Application, MVC, UNIX. Any experience of working with J2EE, SQL, JavaScript, Version Control., Unit Testing, Web Services, UML would be great though not essential.
