Immediate opportunity for a Temporary Bookkeeper to join a well-established and highly reputable Stevenage based organisation. Bookkeeper - Job Overview As a Bookkeeper your duties will include; Responsible for all Financial Functions of the Purchase Ledger, including coding and processing of all Invoices, dealing with queries, account reconciliations and all Supplier payments via BACs Responsible for all Financial Functions of the Sales Ledger Management and reconciliation of all accounts Forecasts, tax reports and analysis of sales data Processing invoices and maintaining credit control Completing of monthly payroll Credit control Bookkeeper - Skills & Experience Required Experience in a similar Bookkeeping / Accounts Assistant role is essential The ability to start immediately Previous experience using accountancy software A personable, customer driven, people person Have a positive can-do attitude Bookkeeper - Benefits Offered £11.00ph - £12.00ph dependent upon experience holiday pay Ongoing temporary role Weekly pay whilst working on a temporary basis Free parking on site Thank you for your application.
