We provide them with customer service advisors to advise, support and ensure a resolved or informed outcome to each call. Proposed start date of 14th April 2020 with telephone interviews on the 24th March 2020 and Group assessment on 2nd April 2020. Working in Sherwood Business Park, Annesley (NG15 0DR) with easy access for drivers, cyclists and people using public transport. Looking for people with call centre experience and/or strong customer service experience or a natural communicator. Ability to work under pressure and work to KPI's. Fully conversant with navigating through IT software.
