About the job: They currently require a experienced Senior Consultant to lead and support projects within the Requirements Team based in Bristol. You will adopt Industry recognised Systems Engineering methods and techniques to meet clients needs. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully adopting Systems Engineering skills and leading teams. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team to campaign for work, write winning proposals, deliver work to time, budget and customer satisfaction, and support the development of junior staff. They are also looking to increase knowledge and experience in utilising Model Based Systems Engineering techniques to provide wider Systems Engineering services to our customers. The role will be client facing and successful candidates are expected to work in a dynamic, fast paced consultancy environment. About you: To be suitable for the Requirements Senior Consultant role, you will have knowledge and experience of leading the development of Systems Engineering products, especially Requirements and Acceptance. You will need; Industry recognised Systems Engineering knowledge and skillset (e.g. INCOSE CSEP or similar, practitioner in DOORS and other requirements / MBSE tools); Ability to think at the Systems Level, particularly the identification of Non-Functional / enabling needs - not only focused on the functional solution. Strong project management / leadership skills; Strong client relationship and communication skills (written and oral); Strong facilitation skills to foster a team approach, manage effective meetings and encourage stakeholder engagement. It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements: Knowledge and experience of using Model Based Systems Engineering; A diverse experience - working across different Engineering domains on a variety of projects; Experience adopting Systems Engineering processes within different project management approaches (e.g. Agile); Experience in leading or contributing to bids and tenders and have an understanding of project management in a commercial environment.
