Overview
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for one of our extremely well recognised clients based in Tewksbury. As a key worker in the current global situation, your role is vital. As an HGV Class 1 driver, the work will involve all aspects of trunking and deliveries throughout South West and other counties, ensuring health and safety is followed at all times. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. The Role Delivery of Dairy products to Wholesale customers between 1 & 5 drops Handball is involved with goods needing to be pump trucked off the vehicle Start times between 22:00 - 03:00 Monday to Friday position with occasional weekend work Potential Temp to Perm positions Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply All vehicles are refrigerated. Average shifthrs As an experienced LGV1 driver, you will ideally have - 24 months HGV driving experience No more than 6 points Digi card and DCPC Physically fit Customer Care focused The ideal candidate will also have great communication skills, very safety conscious, be able to make decisions under pressure, organised, flexible and reliable with the ability to successfully monitor their own working hours and breaks.
