Overview

As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small but busy Accounts Payable department. Client Details Page Finance are pleased to be partnered with another successful manufacturing site within the Midlands who need the support of a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join the business as soon as possible. This position is a temporary to permanent role so you must have a flexible notice period as the process is likely to move fast. Description - Supporting team to match, batch and code all invoices insuring all deadlines are met. - Process weekly payment runs. - Ensure information entered onto the internal system is compliant with VAT and tax rules - Reconcile supplier statements and investigate further if it doesn't reconcile - Be the main point of contact for all escalated queries - Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and suppliers Profile To be considered for this role, you must: - Be immediately available for work / on less than a week's notice - Have previous experience working within a busy AP department ideally within a manufacturing environment. - Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written - Have working knowledge of excel - pivots/ Vlookups Job Offer This role offers a competitive salary along with standard company benefits.
