Production Operative - Transport Required

We are seeking both General Production Operatives, and experienced production operatives that have the desire and capability to develop into upskilled roles. OWN TRANSPORT OR ABILITY TO GET TO ELSHAM WOLD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE FOR REQUIRED SHIFTS IS ESSENTIAL (due to location not being on public transport route) Hours of work; 2 shift rotation; Week 1 - 6am - 2:30pm Week 2 - 2pm - 10:30pm 40-hour standard week Rate of Pay: Production Operatives - £8.21ph Upskilled Operatives - £8.50ph this will change in line with the NLW increase from 01st April 2020 Role Over view; Production Operatives general duties are, Packing, Palletising, Process cleaning. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are important skills. Clean, Warm production site New, modern canteen and break area Shift teams of 15 - 20 colleagues. Excellent career progression and development opportunities. Any experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but is not essential.
