Overview

A role has become available for a support team leader to the afternoon shift Warehouse Manager for a market leading online retailer in the West Bromwich area.Shift pattern 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs - may change given 30 day notice period.Candidate Requirements:- Must hold a full valid UK driving Licence - Must have led a team of 5 or more staff previously - Must hold a current Counter Balance Licence - Preferable PPT Licence however this is not essentialJob Requirements:You will be responsible for leading a shift of between 15 - 20 staff and able to reach the targets on a daily basis - Drive performance - Able to hand out work to multiple individuals with time frame goals - Ability to prioritise work correctlyYou will become competent of all roles currently undertaken by the afternoon shift supervisor, which will include the following: - Locking up duties and alarming of the premises - Be willing to take on further training in the following areas - First Aid - Banksman - Fire MarshallBe confident in working within an office environment. Confidently taking calls from internal stafff, external sales reps, phoning customers and bookings goods in and liaising with transport companies via email and phone communication.To be able to take a variation of meetings and deliver important information to all staff.Willingness to complete overtime on a daily basis, before and after the contracted shift times and able to encourage a team to support likewise.Please attach your CV to the application but to ensure you do not miss out call Jade on 01902 212758, to discuss the positions in more detail.
