Overview
An experienced Autocentre Service Manager is required by an exciting national motor aftersales employer in Andover The Service Manager, Branch Manager or Centre Manager will have experience of managing an effective team within the automotive or motor trade Service, Maintenance and Repair sector. Basic salary £33,000 to £36,000 plus bonus (OTE £42,000 ) 5 day working week, no Sundays nor Bank Holidays MOTs / Service / Repair / Tyres / Brakes Innovative customer focused service model Smaller, growing national motor trade business A customer service champion, the Service Manager, Branch Manager or Centre Manager will be able to deliver the very best customer experience both directly and through the actions of all of the team.
