Overview
Quest Employment Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our reputable client based in Leighton Buzzard for several assembly operatives to join their busy team. The company has various shift patterns, which include early/late shifts, evenings and weekends. Overtime after 40 hours will be paid at time and a half. The current shift for this vacancy will be - Monday - Friday: 15:00pm - 00:00am The role of the Warehouse Operative requires a solid work ethic and a 'can do' attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a productive and busy working environment. Full training is provided. Production Operative Responsibilities: To plan and carry out safe and efficient storage of goods on the W/H floor ensuring no H&S risks. Working on a line, packing products into boxes ready for distribution. Minding machines. Labelling different spec products. Maintain general housekeeping and a safe working environment. Attention to detail and quality mind set when performing all duties. Candidate Requirements: - Proficient in reading and writing English. - Must be able to follow the exact instructions, complete tasks within a fast paced environment and have a good eye for details. - Ideally, candidates would have their own transport, but this is not essential.
