Produce World Group has an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Driver to join the team based in Sutton Bridge . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive hourly rate of £9.32 per hour. This role is offered on a 4 on, 4 off basis from 6am to 6pm. The Produce World Group is a privately owned business which is customer and category focused. About the Forklift Driver role: If you are a motivated and responsible individual who has a passion for delivering customer excellence then this might just be the new role for you. Reporting directly to the Shift Manager you will be responsible for selecting the correct product for the lines with a scanner ready for use. The successful candidate may also be required to work in other areas to cover holidays and sickness. Key Responsibilities as our Forklift Driver: - Ensure correct product selected by use of scanner/Navision. - Select production/wash lines material and complete Start Up checks - Check for damage throughout the process-Ensure all boxes are correctly weighed up, labelled and placed in the allocated store. - Report any issues to the Shift Manager. - Maintain H&S and GMP in the area of work What we’re looking for in our Forklift Driver : - A current valid Forklift Truck license, however training can be given - Good Knowledge of Navision/scanners - Good communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload working in a fast moving environment - Self motivated and confident - To actively employ the ‘Company Values’ and company policies and procedure in all areas of work.
