Overview
Registered Care Home Manager, Near Durham £55k - £60k We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with the motivation and determination to continue to drive this already very successful home forwards. The home is run by an exceptionally supportive family who have a fluid structure with the ability to respond quickly and are constantly evolving. Refreshingly they do not enter into a 'blame the manager culture' what so ever and you will be given whatever backing you might need to fulfil the home's objectives (not expected to work towards fixed budgets) and will be entrusted with a high level of decision-making responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: As well as taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, working alongside an extremely robust team you will be tasked with achieving various business objectives, including: maintaining high occupancy levels maintaining CQC rating ensuring the ethos of care is implemented PERSON SPECIFICATION: We are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of: Successful home management, with experience of managing homes of above 50 beds Managing a high-quality care provision Achieving consistently good or outstanding CQC ratings Effective staff management REWARDS: On offer, a salary in the region of £60k LOCATION: Near Durham NEXT STEPS If you wish to find out more, please click the 'Apply' button.
