Digital Product Owner | Nottingham | Up to £35,000 per annum bonus benefits | Partly Remote You are a Product Owner who is stuck in a rut. You’ve worked on the same products for a couple of years now and there’s no real challenge left in the job. You’re stuck just working on BAU and getting bored…. Fancy a change? If you apply to this role you will be taking over a legacy digital product and working closely with the dev teams and a combination of internal & external stakeholders to completely redevelop it over the next 2 years. As this is a digital product it’s likely that you will focus on areas such as device management, connectivity and network management and in leading the team in proper management of sprints, as well as your day job of creating solid requirements, story boards, identifying user needs and providing product input and advice to the wider business. You’ll need to show initiative, be delivery focussed and be highly skilled at building relationships both internally and externally. Plus you’ll be fully accountable for the product roadmap so you’ll need to take ownership and be used to scheduling releases, prioritizing features and coordinating sprints. As a person you’ll be a real leader. You’ll have courage, be strong in your opinions and won’t be afraid to voice them. As Product Owner you’ll be expected to push back and to address production issues during sprints. You will keep track of industry trends; and will need to continually refine agile methodology based on results and both internal & external feedback.
