Overview
Are you a newly qualified Solicitor looking to manage an impressive caseload of Corporate matters? A national law firm, based in Birmingham, are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to complement their team on a full time, permanent basis. The firm have a national presence, and their corporate solicitors are known to give top class legal advice to a wide range of clients. You will be dealing with a varied case load of corporate matters, including: mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. You will be working with a diverse client base, including many private companies and their owners, with a focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. You will be comfortable dealing with a broad range of corporate matters - Specifically within mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, alongside having a keen interest within business development. This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor looking to progress, as you will be exposed to a good level of interaction and teamwork through the offices nationally, giving you the ideal opportunity to advance your skills and experience.
